4/10 Bird Lovers

Ace Ventura + farting penguins = fun for the whole family!

Yeah, definitely not my thing and I’m sure a whole lot of dads are gonna hate getting dragged to this today, but at least the kids’ll have themselves a time.

Had no interest in this film – and they didn’t screen it for us critics. Thank God.

Yeah, that was how I spent last Friday – crashing a theater full of children and their parents to watch Mr. Popper’s Penguins by myself. Awesome.

        Oh dude, screw that.

A majority of the films get screened for us critics – but if they don’t, the picture has to be something I truly want to see, in order to get me to go to the theater.

        – Midnight In Paris & X-Men for example. That I don’t mind.

But Mr. Poppers Penguins? Hell, no. haha

Keep up the good work, your site is great man – you deserved that win for best movie-reviewer.

Hope to see your around my site every once in a while. Peace man.

Haha. Thanks, man. Really appreciate it.

And as for this movie, the Moviefone staff pretty much wants to me see and review absolutely every movie I can, so that means I’m stuck with some duds as well. Then again, hard to complain about doing that for a job in any way shape or form.

And will do my best to drop by on your end more often, I’ve been seriously slacking as of late when it comes to correspondence. For shame.

This awful movie bore absolutely no relation to the book, other than the name. It’s a crime that this film was made. Whose idea was it? Asshole ruined the book for future generations, who might actually expect it to be the same. Sort of like Scarlet Letter and Demi Moore.

Haha. Never actually seen that Scarlet Letter adaptation, but that’s what I’ve heard. And, yeah, I’m not surprised that this totally bastardized the source material. After all, it is Liar Liar with penguins.

Drop that knowledge!
