Lots to look at and that’s about it.
In a nutshell, it’s worth seeing for Peter Sarsgaard and some cool fight scenes. What a shame, especially since GL is such a badass superhero. Well, there’s always the sequel.

Cut The Crap Movie Reviews 
I can’t say I’m that surprised that this film is receiving some mediocre reviews. I didn’t think much of the trailer and it seems that has carried through to the full film.
It’s really too bad how underwhelming this ended up being, mainly because Green Lantern is such a badass superhero. Idk, in retrospect, felt pretty limited when it came to the imagination department…amongst other problems. But let me reiterate: thank God for Peter Sarsgaard.
Glad to see somebody else thought that this was at least OK. It wasn’t terrible, just a bunch of pretty colors and some good action. Good Review Aiden!
Thanks! And yeah, pretty surprised at the extreme hate this is getting. Thought it was fine, but it really did have the potential to be so much more.
I thought it was loud flashy and pretty boring in parts. The effects were to much for me pretty good CGI but almost no practical effects so it felth empty to me.
Better than Superman worse than Thor. Nice popcorn movie.
