DEATHLY HALLOWS: PART 2!
Darn tootin’. As much as I love Prisoner of Azkaban, it’s hard to deny the awesomeness of this final entry.
Swell voting and apologies for the two-week poll, didn’t want to jump the gun in case there were some muggles out there who still hadn’t checked it out.
RESULTS:
– Sorcerer’s Stone: 3 votes
– Chamber of Secrets: 3 votes
– Prisoner of Azkaban: 15 votes
– Goblet of Fire: 6 votes
– Order of the Phoenix: 2 votes
– Half-Blood Prince: 2 votes
– Deathly Hallows: Part 1: 1 vote
– Deathly Hallows: Part 2: 24 votes

Very much agree. I wanted Part 2 to be the best going in and wasn’t disappointed. Though I will say that after 7.2, Sorcerer’s Stone is next up for me. Something about that first film and everything new and fresh about it…it’s just awesome. It’s also probably the least complained about when it comes to leaving stuff out, since there wasn’t much to leave out in the first place. Great series, though.
Prisoner of Azkaban is #2 for me, but I will give you Sorcerer’s Stone, Chris Columbus did a great job capturing the magic of the book and it pretty much follows the story verbatim. But agree, what a great series. Thanks for stopping by!
I guess the polling is correct. It’s the end of 10 years phase! And Harry finally have the courage.
Darn tootin’! Glad to see the masses agree, it totally deserves the praise it got. Thanks for stopping by!
I voted Prisoner of Azkaban, but I haven’t seen either Deathly Hallows.
Good vote, but you got to get on those last two, yo!
I can see why it wins with it being so fresh in people’s mind but Prisoner of Azkaban is my favourite. Nice to see that one get a few votes.
Yeah, Azkaban was the only one aside from this that really blew me away. That was such a huge step forward for the series as a whole, probably the biggest jump in sheer quality across the 8 movies, but idk, this one really was something else and really was one hell of an emotional experience. Either way, I’m right there with ya’, still having a hard time deciding between the two.
My favourite too, by far and away the best I think. Wish Alfonso Cuaron had made the rest of the films.
My vote goes for Goblet of Fire. I know it left out loads but I still loved it.
My order would be:
Goblet of Fire
Prisoner of Azkaban
Deathly Hallows Part 1
Deathly Hallows Part 2
Half Blood Prince
Philosophers Stone
Chamber of Secrets
Order of the Pheonix
Was a bigger fan of the book (best in the series IMHO), but you’re not alone in that vote. Solid list, too. Always interested to see folks who put Part 1 over Part 2.
