I love that you wedged your film in there, Aiden, If we can do that, can you throw my script “After Life” down for original screenplay? 🙂

I would make a similar list, but damn the Oscars are zzZZZZzzzZ. They really need to make it more exciting somehow. Heck the presenters look more interesting than the nominees.

It’s just a shame they cancelled Sacha Baron Cohen’s Nav’i baby-daddy bit. Cameron really needs to get a sense of humour if he wants to be King of the World.

And the increasing likelihood of an Avatar win scares the pants off me.

I don’t think you have anything to worry about Aiden, Darren. Avatar peaked before the ballots went out; Hurt Locker is winning (Basterds is a dark horse) but Avatar won’t.

man I am so bored of this year’s Oscars
Zeroes is way better than Precious

Have a feeling tonight’s gonna be kinda boring, too. Hope they actually lighten up and let Sacha Baron Cohen do his thing at least.

Zeroes does not think it is too good for the welfare.

“Again, no opinion whatsoever. Still sore that There Will Be Blood didn’t get recognized back in ‘07.”

Shit… you and me both. I think Up is gonna with this though, the Avatar score just sounded like a rehash of the Celine Dion. I say along the whole time to Avatar, “my heart will go onnn”

    • March 8, 2010 12:44 pm

Haha. Totally forgot about the music from Up until I heard it last night right before it won. Totally deserved it, Giacchino (sp?) gave a great speech, too.

Great list! Should definitely be interesting how it turns out.

Drop that knowledge!
